The Ballet Foundation of New Zealand hosted guests at CONNECT, a photographic exploration by Louise Binns, curated by globally recognised photographer Tom Ang.

Louise’ photographs were taken during her travels through India while on ‘The World’ international cruise.

“I have always been fascinated by people and I try to ensure my work encapsulates their humanity and dignity within personal environs. These photos represent the unique and special attributes of the India I saw, loved, engaged with and captured through my lens to share with you. I feel enormously privileged to have had the guidance of internationally renowned photographer Tom Ang. Tom is a pioneer of digital photography, and I want to sincerely thank him for assisting in curating this exhibition.” Louise Binns, artist.

All proceeds from this exhibition are dedicated to the Ballet Foundation to enable it to ensure the long-term stability and prominence of ballet in New Zealand.
